At Ryan Homes, we are interested in meeting your needs as a homeowner. We understand that each homeowner has a different idea and need to getting their dream home built. In order to meet these needs, Ryan Homes offers three different contract options. Listed below, you will see each of the three unique contract options we offer. Work experience

01 Cost Plus Fixed Fee

This option works best for the homeowner that needs to know their bottom line price. We will obtain bids for all construction items and then the price is locked in. You will be given a allowance for certain selections (appliances, lighting & plumbing fixtures, etc.), this and any changes made from the plans are your variances to this option. It’s a great option for those who are financing and need a solid number.

2010 - present

02 Fixed Cost

This option will entail a strict set of specifications (roof type, exterior masonry, windows, etc.) that will allow us to get firm bids for your project. There will be allowances made for several items that you would choose during the building process (plumbing fixtures, appliances, lights, flooring etc.)

03 Cost Plus

This option works well for the homeowner that wants to be involved throughout the building process. We will obtain bids for each budget item for your review. You will be provided a spreadsheet of expenses allowing you to follow with your budget. Your final price will be determined by the total cost plus our building fee.
